When I started at Main Event, I was looking for a way to earn some extra cash. I soon realized that Main Event wasn’t just another job, but could be my career. As an Event Coordinator, I got the opportunity to meet with Guests and plan events that would become lifelong memories. Whether it was creating an engaging company outing or the best birthday party ever, I was truly making people happy. I would see the events come to life through our operations team and realized everyone in the building had the same purpose – to make our Guests feel welcome, brighten their day, and bring happiness to their lives.I thought about how I could do the same for our Team Members by pursing a role on the HR team at the Support Center. I am now able to support our Team Members the same way they do for our Guests every day. Main Event helped me find my passion for people and together we show up to work united in our goal of delivering our mission to Connect People, Make Memories…One Smile at a Time.
